Life is not linear. It’s a magnificent dance that invites us to be more than we can imagine.

You have helped set forth a powerful unfolding.

By reading this, you make space for truth to arise in a world that resists the unknown. You accept an invitation to take the leap into unfamiliar territory.

My heart is wide open at the thought of you embracing uncertainty.

As excited as I am to tell you about my new book, mostly I wanted to share these insights because what I am about to share was life-changing for me. Real breakthroughs come when you remember to trust yourself in the unknown. When you learn to let go. So if you feel overwhelmed or lost, remember that when you choose to close your eyes and take a few moments to breathe. No story or identity can take what is rightfully yours to own, love.

Don’t try to fight it, because silence offers you a place to sit with no judgment of who you are. There’s so much love in between the spaces. Just take a breath and feel the intensity of love waiting to be lit by the fires you hold inside.

Self intimacy and self-exploration have been the ingredients that have changed my relationship with the world. Acceptance has allowed me to become tender, vulnerable, and open to the world.
