Life is not linear. It’s a magnificent dance that invites us to be more than we can imagine.

You have helped set forth a powerful unfolding.

By reading this, you make space for truth to arise in a world that resists the unknown. You accept an invitation to take the leap into unfamiliar territory.

My heart is wide open at the thought of you embracing uncertainty.

As excited as I am to tell you about my new book, mostly I wanted to share these insights because what I am about to share was life-changing for me. Real breakthroughs come when you remember to trust yourself in the unknown. When you learn to let go. So if you feel overwhelmed or lost, remember that when you choose to close your eyes and take a few moments to breathe. No story or identity can take what is rightfully yours to own, love.

Don’t try to fight it, because silence offers you a place to sit with no judgment of who you are. There’s so much love in between the spaces. Just take a breath and feel the intensity of love waiting to be lit by the fires you hold inside.

Self intimacy and self-exploration have been the ingredients that have changed my relationship with the world. Acceptance has allowed me to become tender, vulnerable, and open to the world.

Nowhere To Go is a series of essays and poems to help you meet yourself, To bridge the gap between your inner and outer worlds.

Before you commit to reading Nowhere To Go, you must agree to step inward. You must make a commitment to yourself to let go of the past, so you can take the leap into the unknown. It will be scary here, but you will find what you need.

No masks. Just you as you are right now.

Much of the time, when we sense a restless side of ourselves, we never fully look for the reason why we feel so lost, so we get caught in a sea of false beliefs and distractions. We neglect what our bodies are asking for and end up stuck in a perpetual state of stress and anxiety. But I hope Nowhere To Go will give you the courage to stop and ask what it is your heart wants from you. Of course, this is all easier said than done. I had to walk many dark paths alone to find what I was seeking.
