Why I’m Rewriting the Rules at 40

Here I am, nursing my morning coffee, pondering the wild fact that I’m stepping into the big 4–0 and rebooting my life… again. Comfort zone? Never my style. I’ve always been more about ripping up the playbook and starting from scratch — because, honestly, life’s too damn fleeting to play by someone else’s rules.

I've found my chaotic beat in this high-octane mix of entrepreneurship and crafting narratives, where each word and venture is a wild ride. I’ve been at this game for a decade — sweating through the fitness craze, wrestling with the raw aftermath of a divorce, and laying it all bare on the page. From guest posts on blogs, to magazine features and even a book, it’s been one hell of a journey.

So, it’s time to stop playing small. It’s time to chase what I believe in and live as if every day might be my last — because it will be one day. This isn’t about the sugar-coated, feel-good fluff. It’s about rewriting the script of being a writer, artist, and entrepreneur today.

Starting over is about being bold in a world addicted to quick fixes.

Whether I’m launching monumental projects that could split the sky or writing lines that resonate like a forgotten rock anthem, the core hustle is the same — it’s all about raw, real…
