I never thought that I would be an author at thirty-eight years old. I never thought I’d get a divorce. And I never thought I would quit coaching.

I realized slowing down makes life worth living. It’s what Ryan Holiday, New York Times best-selling author talks about in his book Stillness is Key.

Stillness reveals who I am underneath the noise.

Up at 4:30 am. Hydrate. Journal. It’s a moment in my life where autonomy drives more confidence, better habits, and transformation.

I’ve learned that writing is not something you just do. It’s a process, a ritual, a way of life.
