Shit, I’m up 7lbs from show day. Fatty. No I’m not, but thats what my mind said today.

Most people look at me and think, dude it’s so easy for you to stay fit. You know the whole thing Joseph Campbell said about staying in our ordinary world — the comfort zone?

Ya, thats not me and thats why you probabaly say it’s easy for me to stay fit because some of what Campbell says is true.

About a month ago, I started playing with the idea of quantum living.

Acting as if the life I really want isn’t just a possibility but already my reality.

Just the other day, a buddy of mine called me out on some co-parenting issues. You know, the kind of friend who tells you how it is eventhough it hurts to hear.

“Bro, do you not see how crucial this is for you?”

I was so tunnel-visioned that I almost missed the breakthrough staring me in the face. I’m not going to bore you with another sob story about ex-wife dramas but let’s just say I won something finally.

I’m not saying everything’s a lesson, but if you shift your mindset, you start seeing the world differently because I did write a fucking book on this shit before the AI craziness.

So, take a minute and ask yourself where does life feel stuck?

If there’s resistance, that’s exactly where you need to dig in.

My words might not hit you in the head with a comsic 2x4 and I’m learnign to be okay with that.
