Nature Reflections

Despite the chaos surrounding 2020, I found something about myself I never knew existed through words, verses, poems, articles, and a book. Here is a list by popular review of my life in a series of things that resonated best with the world.

The Last Breath

I wrote this poem after a morning meditation thinking about how often I tried to control outcomes in life. After a few minutes of journaling, a poem surfaced and I thought about our last breath in life.

We have all taken the last breath in some shape or form. The last breath before you start a new relationship, career, life change…

We will forever be tested in life and will be invited to choose to take our last breath to evolve into someone new, or forever stay in a pattern of stale and idle breath rather than a powerful breath that propels us forward in life.
