It’s Time To Do Dope Shit

Maine 2020 Fourth Of July Weekend

I’ve always been fascinated by the human body and mind. The ability to tap into our infinite potential and rise up from the depths of darkness is an incredible gift we get to experience as humans. Maybe it is something that was instilled in me as a Marine.

Either way, these days I am dedicated to finding out exactly what it takes to connect my mind, body, and heart to reach optimal performance levels in life.

I decided to change this series to Friday Flow. It makes sense with all that is going on in my life at the current moment. Plus, I like the name of Friday Flow better than Friday Feelings, and writing is essentially a place where I find myself in a flow state these days. And this series was done selfishly to close loops that hold me hostage.

So here I am, writing in front of a window after a morning meditation by the ocean. I like it here. I am calm as I hear the waves crashing into the dock and the birds chirping into the distance as the low level of fog covers the horizon.

Joseph Campbell Said “ What each must seek in his life never was on land or sea. It is something out of his own unique potentiality for experience, something that never has been and never could have been experienced by anyone else.
