FLOW WRITING 4/30/21

For those that prefer to listen, I flow a lot more in my podcast

The clouds of heaviness are lifting from my eyes. Although it doesn’t feel like it, others say they can see and feel my heart and spirit. Fatherhood is teaching me to be a kid again. Writing allows me to look at the parts of me I have grown distant. The book has allowed me to tend to the pieces that make me whole.

I have brought forth the light from the darkness. There is nowhere to go. I am growing. It’s both painful and beautiful because I am accepting everything I am right now as you read these words.

I am moving with the current flow of my life. Every choice I make at this moment allows doubt to dissipate and my love to expand beyond anything I have ever seen.

These flows are meant to help me own my story. To reach within when I feel lost or broken. But also help anyone else who feels the same.

Take a few minutes to close your eyes and feel everything you are. Ask that all your defenses be dropped, for darkness to shine light, and let your heart be open. Breathe deep into your two feet. Let nothing but stillness and emptiness remain as you give everything you have in these words.

When something that was once dark becomes light, when your heart and soul are open to the world…
