Happy 40th, kid. You made it. I’m writing from the ripe age of 80, looking back on all the chaos and clarity in our life. It’s been one hell of a ride, and I’m here, older and a bit wiser, to tell you that every damn step was worth it. All those hardships, those nights you thought you’d never see the end of, were merely chapters in the epic saga you were meant to write.
